Hi, I’m Jade!

I’m a portrait photographer based in Massachusetts, specializing in couples, senior, graduation, and portrait photography. Photography began as a creative outlet after I stepped away from competitive figure skating, but it quickly became a way to connect with people on a deeper level.

As an East Asian woman, I understand the importance of authentic representation. Growing up, I rarely saw people who looked like me in the media, and that shaped how I saw myself. Now, I want my work to reflect the richness of every identity and story, whether I’m photographing a senior session, a wedding, or a cultural celebration. My goal is to capture people as they are, and sometimes in ways they’ve never seen themselves before.

In recent years, I’ve had the privilege of working with student organizations and documenting cultural events that bring communities together. Those experiences have shown me how powerful it is to preserve both the big moments and the quiet, in-between ones. They remind me that photography is not only about creating beautiful images, but also about making people feel seen, connected, and celebrated.

When I’m not behind my Nikon, you’ll usually find me taking photos with my iPhone, reading a good book, hiking a favorite trail, or noticing beauty in the everyday. For me, photography is more than a service—it’s an act of trust, a bridge between how I see you and how you see yourself.
